Personal Care & Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Bathing, showering, and personal hygiene
Dressing and grooming assistance
Toileting and incontinence care
Transfers (bed to chair, wheelchair assistance)

Health Monitoring & Care Coordination

Observing and reporting changes in condition
Communicating concerns to nurses, family members, or healthcare providers
Appointment scheduling and follow-ups
Transportation to medical appointments (when authorized)

Nutrition & Meal Support

Meal preparation based on dietary needs
Feeding assistance when required
Monitoring food and fluid intake
